International Association of Culinary Professionals
IACP is a not-for-profit professional association which provides continuing education and development for its members who are engaged in the areas of culinary education, communication, or in the preparation of food and drink.
The Worldwide membership of nearly 4,000 encompasses over 35 countries and is literally a "Who's Who" of the world of food. This diversity not only offers unique insight into the world's cuisines, but provides excellent networking opportunities.
IACP's vision is to be an international forum for the development and exchange of information, knowledge, and inspiration within the professional food community worldwide.
Women Chefs & Restaurateurs
The Mission of Women Chefs & Restaurateurs is to promote the education and advancement of women in the restaurant industry and the betterment of the industry as a whole.
Formed in 1993 by eight of the nation's top women chefs and restaurateurs, WCR has grown to a membership of over 2,000 members, offering a variety of networking, professional and support services.
Les Dames D’Escoffier International
The Mission of Les Dames D’Escoffier International (LDEI) is an invitational organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy and philanthropy.
Over the years, LDEI's reputation has grown as well as its size, boasts approximately 1,000 members and is still growing. The goals and the mission of LDEI have remained constant, but as with any dynamic organization, changes have taken place along the way to fit the desires of the membership as well as to match the changing times. Les Dames D’Escoffier International has never rested on its laurels.
