IACP is a not-for-profit professional association which provides continuing education and development for its members who are engaged in the areas of culinary education, communication, or in the preparation of food and drink. Trina currently serves as co-chair of their Education Committee, developing, implementing and overseeing their monthly speaker series of educational webinars for members.

Les Dames D’Escoffier International

The Mission of Les Dames D’Escoffier International (LDEI) is an invitational organization of women leaders in food, beverage and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy and philanthropy.

Trina is the chair person of the Los Angeles/Orange County event committee, developing and implementing exciting and informative presentations for membership.
